Construction issues

Pros: Staff, room size & clean!
Cons: Don't book guest in rooms next to the construction!
Location: Love the near by mall & parks.
My daughter and I went down a day early to spend some time together before meeting friends. I was not aware they were under construction. I honestly felt sorry for the employee working the front desk when we arrived and through the evening. She was by herself and had a packed lobby with families asking all kinds of questions and needing assitance. She kept a smile on her face and did the best she could. The other staff was all smiles and kind too. Construction crew on the other hand made you feel as though you were interfering in their way. Our room was right next to the construction. I was afraid the paint smell would bother my asthma. It was bad in the hall, but you couldn't smell it in our room or hear them. Pros: Friendly staff Clean & spacious rooms (loved having a kitchen) Great location & easy to find Free breakfast - plenty of options Cons: Hot tub didn't work Hallways smelled like paint Hallways & elevator were hot There should be more than one employee working the front desk

Some problems but the greatest staff ever.

I was not aware ahead of time that they were remodeling. It was a bit of a distraction and I was disappointed to find the laundry room/ice machine unavailable one day. BBQs could use some work. Pinch of mold in the shower. But all that being said I would definitely return. Every staff member I came in contact with went out of their way to be accommodating and to help with any problems. Management is to be commended. Staff was exceptional.

the hotel was just wonderfull

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
The suite was. a wonderfull surprise very comfortable and spacious We took the grandchildren. they loved it breakfast was good and plentafull. staff was nice and very helpfull.

This hotel made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Great ammenities including the theatre room, putting green, the BBQ pits, and the pool. Rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. Good breakfast.

definitely plan to go back!

My 11 y/o son kept saying;this is the best hotel I've ever seen!Everything was very clean, everyone was extremely nice. This is an extended stay hotel so the amenities were endless. Even though we only stayed for one night, we got an awesome rate. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Houston.
