The room was horrible for the price. Room smelled funny when you walked in and we were thinking was a moldy smell that lingered on our clothes even after we left. Tons of water stains on ceiling, pool/ hot tub needed a scrub, rooms overall needed extra attention on the cleaning!!! shampoo container was empty in the shower, pillows were half size. The only plus was the bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.

Hotel was convenient to the airport and the shuttle service to and from Duval Street was excellent. Upon check in I paid for the resort fee and incidental fee. Upon check out, the front desk staff told me the incidental fee would be refunded (from my credit card) within three to four days. Upon receipt of my credit card statement I saw that I was charged in full (same amount on information invoice I received at check out). I have called the hotel directly numerous times over the past few days only to have my call transferred to the management or accounting office with nobody answering the transferred called. I have left my name and phone number to have someone return my call, which has not happened. Just be aware that when you are told that this incidental fee will be refunded (pending there was no damage or need for the fee) it probably won't be refunded.

Room service was not great, we had to keep asking for more towles and toilet paper. The room was outdated for the price we paid. Balcony is just a walk way outside with 1 elevator so to take the elevator it took forever. The one thing that we did enjoy and is the only reason i would come back is the service at the outside tiki bar. Our bartend Milley was amazing!
