Dear Richard, First we would like to thank you for your feedback.While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case, we fell short. I am truly sorry to hear these issues you experienced during your recent stay at our charming guest house. Be assured that it is not the kind of service that we would like to offer and I understand your dissatisfaction. We are currently working on upgrading the rooms, and management is also working on adding more options to the complementary american continental breakfast we offer, as of right now we have fresh fruits, bagels, pastries, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, sausages, cereals, coffee and juices; it is served by the pool area, but we also have a communal kitchen that all guest are welcome to use for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Parking does get a little difficult to find specially during the high season, special events, and holidays, but fortunately there is free parking on the streets nearby. We hope to see you next time you visit our island.
