It was a beautiful hotel with a very "Old Florida" feel. The rooms were small....definitely not fancy....but very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do or see.

You are right in town but the property is a hidden little oasis. The pools are great with the perfect little pool bar:) The room was perfect! Great size with porch and we will definitely be back.

Great location, walking distance from most locations, 2 pools. Great service. Stayed in room with patio which we loved. Overall great experience. Recommendation would be add small fan to patio and a bike rack.

The property has such a great tropical feel. So adorable. It was in a great location close enough to walk to Duval but far enough away you don't hear any of the night life. Next time we come we want to get a room with a patio. Those rooms looked so cute too. Pool and pool bar were great and everything was very clean. Staff was wonderful. They will text you throughout your stay to make sure everything is going great. We needed more towels and they were at our room in minutes. Cant say enough good things about our stay!
