First time in Key West, this place is a gem. Very private. Great staff, extremely friendly and accommodating. We got a complimentary upgraded room which was unexpected and much appreciated. Guys at the front desk were super great, checked in everyday by text to make sure we were good, offered great suggestions on places to check out since we hadn't been to the area before. Room was very clean and pretty big for the area from what I saw at other places. Bathroom was huge. The location is right around Duval near Caroline, easily walkable to anywhere. I'm definitely going to look to stay here when we visit again.

Great location. Included breakfast. Loved the grounds. Had an issue with critters in our room one night, the staff was attentive and offered us another room. Building are old with character and feels like typical Key West.

This historic property is so Key West. I stayed in the old tobacco building and had a balcony over the street. There are private tropical walkways through the town homes and cute cottages that lead past 4 heated pools. Perfect for the cool breeze in March. I was able to park right out side the building. In the only free spot, but they do have a few free spots on sight. The rest is street parking $5/hr $40/10 hours max. I have been to KW many times and will stay here again. Truly a epic find!

Great value for being one block off of Duval. I thought there was going to be alot more noise, but I was wrong. Conveniently had bike rentals to make touring quite easy. Well worth the price.

We’ve stayed at many places in Key West but without question Simonton Court was THE BEST. The property is quaint, clean, and tropically beautiful. Staff was professional and very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was over the top. We also loved the convenient location. Short, easy walk to Duvall St., Mallory Square, ferry terminal, and restaurants.

Simonton Court was just terrific! It is a beautiful hidden oasis. Super close to Duval st. The rooms are great but most if all the staff is incredible and the grounds and atmosphere are superior.
