Family Vacation

Pros: Location~room arrangement~cleanliness~view~staff
6 of us family members, 4 adults and 2 children stayed in a two bedroom villa at the Westin Nanea Maui. Was a great setup for us. Had all the amenities we needed (except a toaster). Pool was great for all, ocean maybe 50 steps away. Staff was incredibly polite. Concierge helped set up all our activities and we were happy with all of them. Would stay again!!

Newer and clean hotel.

Pros: The property is clean and the rooms are spacious. Great for families with small children. Concierge service was great. We were able to preplan all activities through the concierge prior to arriving. The bar staff and valet were very pleasant. Cons: Don’t expect to relax at the pool next to the only bar. The Pool area is noisy and filled with small children. There isn’t a second pool for adults only. A few things came up missing in our room during cleaning service. In addition to the room not being completely cleaned. The response to the inquiry was slow and once we received a response, it was in the tone of we don’t believe you, but sorry it took so long to let you know that we think you’re lying. Therefore, we will comp you for our delayed response. The missing items weren’t a big deal, but it’s the principle that stealing is wrong. Ultimately we enjoyed our time on the island and the hotel is decent enough to stay again, I just caution you to put your things in the safe when you are having your room cleaned which I’m sure most people do anyway.

Comfortable apartment in perfect area

This hotel has everything. You can by food at local store or Whole Food supermarket and make something in your apartment. I can’t write a hotel room because it has everything, from Bose speakers to washer/dryer. Everything is in a perfect clean condition. All conditions for exercising, relaxing, and enjoying your vacations. Wonderful place for families with kids. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.
