The room was nice - remodeled and clean. The worst continental breakfast ever. supposed to be 6am - 9 am. First morning I went at 6 -not ready they said come back in 10 min. Went at 6:30. Coffee maker broken - no coffee. Juice- I usually mix orange and cranberry. Put orange in cup pushed button for cranberry and water squirted out everywhere. As in previous reviews bagels the size of silver dollars. Three fruit bowls - only one had about 3 or 4 apples - no other fruit. There was a mini fridge there but only a partial jug of milk - no yogurt or anything else. Second day I went at 6:30 - breakfast area not open yet, so I just checked out and left. Won't go back to that one.

Shower was horrible, dirty. Remote taped together and did not work for TV. Had coffee in room but no cups. In Lobby next morning had no coffee or tea, very limited tiny donuts and bagels and white bread for toast but no cream cheese only butter.

This place falsely showed pictures of room that wasn't even close to what they look like. Four different rooms and each one had something wrong.Air condition taped up with more than one color tape, towels that looked like someone cleaned up with after doing wild things, trash in cans smells in each room, hair in toilet and bathroom. And don't even get me started about the roaches. The name doesn't fit and should not be used for this porptery.

Dreadful. The night porter was sleeping in the lobby/breakfast room when we went for breakfast at 8am. He then hurriedly set up the breakfast while we waited- no knives so we had to use a spoon to spread butter. Hotel being refurbished but should be closed while the work is carried out. Staff member at check in was friendly and helpful.
