Never been to a cleaner hotel spartan amenities and minor esthetic deficiencies (slight wall paint or chip) tv was a challenge- maybe a guide sheet could assist guests. Bathroom was spotless as was the bed. Cleanliness is the only thing I’m really concerned about when traveling and the regal inn is an A+

The room was clean and the place is In a great location. Very quiet at night and the beds were pretty comfortable coming from a woman who is 30 weeks pregnant!

Newly remodeled but....
We always look for basic housing when traveling through a place. We just want clean, a comfortable bed and working plumbing as we will be in the room for less than 10 hours. This room had recently been remodeled, so it was better than most budget hotels in that sense. BUT, the hair dryer was missing from the wall, there were no hangers, no shampoo and no coffee in the room. After I walked to the office to get a hair dryer, someone did deliver one to the room roughly 10 minutes later - it was a wall model that the on/off buttons did not work on. Luckily, we could turn it on/off with the surge protector/reset button. Would I stay again? Probably not.
