My stay at Tru by Hilton was one of the worst. The floor in my room was filthy and the room smelled like a dog and foot order. It was funky. The rooms have no coffee pots, nor microwaves. The breakfast was fruit, cereal, waffles and muffins. There is no bar nor complimentary drinks. When I asked for my money back, the manager said they couldn't refund. I'll never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The property is always perfect as this was our 5th stay and we knew ot was a dependable choice. But what makes it over and above is the staff....from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Always friendly and every single member of the Tru team goes over and above to make you feel as if you are the only guest they have.
