Beautiful place to stay. Difficulties getting our room at check in- wasn’t ready in time- communication not the best about room location. Property is a little confusing. Room was amazing. Clean. Spacious. Parking on site. Pool not open

Loved balcony, fireplace, room size, mini fridge, outdoor fire pits & overall location. Didn’t like how long it took for shower water to warm up, dinner table light not working, microwave blew fuse too easily, kitchen “sink” that was tiny bar size & faucet too large for it.

Absolute luxury at a great location

Pros: service is not that great,takes them time to respond to certain requests. its possible we had this exp because we were there during busiest time
Location: great for family, village very nearby, the gondola to ritz and skiing slopes are literally right next to the building.
This is an amazingly luxurious resort in a perfect location. Amazing views and excellent rooms. The rooms are all equipped with most modern amenities and it is ideal for families.

Beautiful views

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice scenery. Refreshing. Beds a little too soft and at times felt lumpy otherwise had a nice time. Definitely worth going back to.
