Second visit in past few months. Comfortable bed. Good choices for breakfast. Easy check in and check out. Good location to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter landing is within 15 minutes.

Needs Complete Make Over

Room: mildew in bathroom, air vent in bathroom dirty, perimeter of bathroom dirty, carpet wet at a/c unit. Stairwell was never vacuumed, door to outside was soiled. Pool: deck was dirty, water needed cleaning, temperature of water cool.

Thank you for your review and comments. I apologize that you were disappointed with your stay and assure you your comments have been addressed with our team. This is not the experience that we want our guests to have. In addition, we are upgrading and improving our hotel daily as part of our ongoing property improvement plan. Our lobby, breakfast area, Fitness Center, sundry shop and first floor corridors have all been recently renovated. All mattresses, box spring, pillows, mattress pads and bedding were replaced this past year. All window sheers and blackout drapes have been replaced, every AC/Heating unit recently cleaned, serviced, and replaced as necessary. All bathrooms are being addressed currently, and improvements and renovations will continue throughout the year. Thank you very much for your comments and for staying with us. We hope that you will return soon!!

Would not go back.

Pros: Good free breakfast,
Cons: They need to replace the beds.
The beds & pillows were awful. The tub faucet was broken.

All mattresses, box springs, pillows and mattress pads were replaced in during the first quarter of this year. Our lobby and breakfast area were recently completed renovated, and we have a brand-new Fitness Center and Sundry Shop, and extensive plans are in place to continue these renovations and upgrades in the months ahead. First Negative Hotel Rating of My Life

3:00pm check is not possible, computer and backup down--"please wait or return later." Returned at 4:30, computer up but room not ready. Promised room by 4:45, promise kept. Air conditioning did not work first night of stay, reported, eventually maintenance looked at it but still did not work second night. Called Travelocity to report, received refund. Very happy with Travelocity.
