I booked online and when i got to the property for check in, receptionist stated they didn't have availability and that they were -6 rooms. We had to book a room elsewhere. It was very inconvenient to go through that.

The entire property exterior smelled like urine. I asked the hotel staff and they said it was because its pet friendly. The bed inside the room was old and sagging. Hotel staff said they would refund payment and haven't done anything. DO NOT STAY HERE

Room was pretty large. Nice to have a full size refrigerator. Heating and AC worked fine. WiFi was very weak. The “grab your own breakfast is located in “the lobby” which has not a single chair, couch or table. If you want to sit and eat you must go outside the building and sit on the concrete porch. That’s the opposite of hospitality. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Very foul oder through the hallways, like urine and bitter smell. Room with pets on the floor I stayed on. Smell of food as well though out the hallways as well. Dog fecise on the walkway walking into the lobby and strong oder in lobby of what appeared to be urine smell. Room was clean and oder free, bed near and clean!!!

When we checked in, the system was down and had to wait about 10 min. Then our 2nd room did not have bed frames, only 2 mattresses leaned on the wall. We ended up getting 2 more rooms to accommodate our party. This place has gone down the toilet in cleanliness and age. Stay at the Best Western next to it instead

The room was okay, staff were helpful but not overly welcoming. The hallway to the rooms had trash bags and trash left outside of the rooms from check in to check out. It took me a good 5-6 minutes trying to get into my room because neither key was working correctly. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

Customer Service imcompetant staff - lied about early check-in broken door lock/keypad no dishes no bell at front desk no cover on ironing board strong smell of urine, smoke and mold/mildew on all floors
