Walls/doors are very thin; could hear guests very clearly in next room. Hotel was not flexible with cancellation due to storms in area; Marriott brand has always been flexible due to flight cancellations. Front Desk Staff was unable to make changes/assist without permission. Night auditor was very "cool" and needs hospitality training.

Hotel close to LAX airport

Housekeeping was very accommodating. The front desk was friendly. Breakfast was above average!

I stayed with my family two days at this hotel, first night we slept in a room, which had a little smell of cigarettes, but as we realized it not as we moved in, but only in the evening, it wasn't possible to move to another room, as the hotel was fully booked. But the staff offered to freshen up the room. The next day they moved us to another room, which was perfectly fine. Swimmingpool and breakfast were good. Service and airport shuttle was perfect, too! Would stay again!
