Charming Guest House, fully furnished, newly renovated, one half block from prime Santa Monica Beach. Use our bikes, surfboards, and beach games. Two outside permitted parking spaces included. Ocean views and breezes, lots of light, wood floors, and dutch fireplace.
Owner lives on the property with her very friendly dog. Lots of atmosphere. Private master bedroom with new queen size bed and living room with new twin sized cone daybed with a twin size trundle. Fully equipped kitchen allows for cooking your own meals.
A very friendly spot adjacent to four star hotels, the pier, nightlife, and wonderful nature.

Quaint Apartment a Block from the Beach
I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. Our kids had fun at the Tongva Park which is also a short walk away. Thank you Elizabeth!!

Great location
The Beach House was a great stay for us in Santa Monica. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for short stays. Property was clean, private, and within 500m of the famous Santa Monica beach. Property owner was completely accessible but did not infringe. Would definitely recommend and may use again!

Perfect Spot
My husband and I did a long weekend trip in this great cottage. The host was so friendly and questions were answered promptly. The house was very clean and in a great spot in Santa Monica. It is one block to the beach and near many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Looking forward to staying there again. Great house!

Very good location.
This house boasts an amazing location, just a stone’s throw from the beach and a quick 5-minute stroll to the pier. The two parking spots were a great plus, and the friendly house owner made our week there even more enjoyable. Thanks a lot!

A fun 2nd story beach cottage
We liked everything about this apartment except that there was no full sized fridge, only a bar fridge. This was an inconvenience for us as we like to cook dinner a lot. The owner lives on the property and she is lovely: helpful; friendly; enthusiastic; and knowledgeable about the area. It is walking distance to the beach.

Absolutely AMAZING
We had the best time! Our host was absolutely the sweetest! She even gave me a piece of homemade pumpkin pie for my birthday! Her place is perfect for a beach getaway! We were able to walk to everything! We will definitely be staying here again!

Such a Perfect Spot
This little behind a house apartment is in a perfect location to enjoy Santa Monica Beach and Pier. Literally just one block from the beach. It is a perfect size for just a couple or a small family. We enjoyed our stay very much.
