This is the 3rd stay at this property and I don't know what happened in the last year, but it'll probably be the last. The room phone didn't work, and the front desk would not answer when I called from my cell phone. At breakfast, the juice dispenser did not work. It took forever to get hot water in the shower. The bathroom sink had gnats coming from it. The TV had no remote; we left in the morning and asked for one by the time we returned...the front desk said no problem. We returned, no remote. I walked to the front desk to get one, we were handed a remote, that didn't work. I called the front desk on my cell phone, no answer even though I was just there. Very disappointing stay and very disappointing customer service. I would definitely liked to be refunded a portion of my stay since amenities we paid for were not available/working.
