Front desk staff was very welcoming and made us feel special on our anniversary. Rooms are boho chic with marble bathrooms and vintage touches. Outdoor area with fire elements and cozy cabanas is a cool element. We didn’t get to use bikes but liked knowing they were there. Location is great whether you are looking to hit the tourist areas like the Santa Monica pier and 3rd Street Promenade or want something more local feeling like Main St. and Abbot Kinney. Only wish items - no coffee in the room and no spa in the pool area. Great stay and would come again.

Cute boutique hotel, but the service level, amenities, and cleanliness do not warrant the price. Room was pretty small, bathroom towels were dingy and kinda threadbare. They charge a $33 per day amenity fee that doesn't even get you a bottle of water in your room. There are other equally rated hotels in the area that cost less with better service. Overall very unimpressed.

The service was horrible and 1 of the pools was out of service. Everything else hotel room and environment was fairly clean.
