Cool property on nice grounds. Various options for lodging (standard room, chalets, stand alone units). Close to village and within old Mammoth with plenty to do in the area. Nice bar attached to lodge and larger bar for more of a nightlife experience also on property. Will come again for sure and probably do a chalet or stand alone unit.

Warm and cozy room. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The bar/lounge is beautiful and a nice space to hang out in as well as the hot tub! Parking was chaotic and was difficult to find a spot.

Our stay was good, but lack of hot water for the first day and a half was not idea. Maintenance came to our room 3 times to confirm that there wasn't any hot water. Finally, they moved us too another room, and the issue was solved. The hotel also credited us some money for the inconvenience. The staff was pleasant, but it seems like they are still working out the kinks with hot water issue being a ongoing problem as a single boiler serves 4 rooms and insufficient to supply water as needed.

There was a bunch of hairs in the drain of the shower, obviously NOT CLEANED by housekeeping, it was disgusting, you could clearly see the glass was not even cleaned, the shampoo bottles were not cleaned or filled up, the bathroom trash is so tiny it fills up quick. There’s only one trash bin and it’s the bathroom one. There should be two!

This property was renovated and it looked great and modern. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was the amenities for the kitchen was kinda lacking but we made it work. Overall it was great.

Stayed three nights at Outbound Mammoth in one of their new king bed chalets. Loved it -- the bedroom and living area were big enough for us to spread out and really unwind. The only downside was that the kitchen appliances were pretty grungy and we didn't feel comfortable using them at first. The only other problem we had was with the parking; half of the spaces weren't available due to the snow covering them, and the ones we could get were pitted with massive potholes everywhere. But other than that, it was a terrific stay, and having numerous restaurants within walking distance was convenient.
