This clearly not Four Seasons and not Ritz Carlton, property is clean but outdated. They want your money but NOT you. I mean nothing is done without expectation of tip. All days we stayed in the outside bar has been closed, because they say it’s not worth for them to have someone work as they don’t get enough tips since it’s a rainy season. Are you F serious? What happened to: it’s my job and it’s the service we provide to our customers? Pulling in to the hotel 11:30 pm you have one person running valet parking, door bell, front desk and everything else. Is that 5 star service? Or yeah let me remind you it’s not worth for them to have someone as they don’t get enough tips! What a shame!

Eau Palm Beach is a very nice hotel on the beach with beautiful facilities, spa and just the entire hotel in general. Hotel staff was amazing and extremely responsive to whatever request you had. Pool was great and overlooks the ocean. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. This has to be one of the best hotels I every stayed at! My only issue is that the beach is quite narrow and there is a lot of seaweed. So not really good for going in the water and it is a bit far from the most things. So you definitely need a car or even if you don't, it's awesome to just stay on the property the whole time.

Chinese President Stayed @ EauPalm

Pros: The beach, the pools, the amenities are first rate.
Cons: There never should have been civilians staying at the hotel while the Chinese President stayed there.
Location: I love having the shopping plaza right across the street with good Italian food, ice cream and a diner.
I wanted to contact (Eau Palm Beach Resort) about my stay April 6th through the 11th of this year. As you have most likely not forgotten (any more than I have) that my visit occurred during the time frame of the Chinese President at the hotel (for his meeting with Potus45). The reason I'm writing is because as much as I wanted to treat it as a once in a lifetime experience (for my mother) after it was over and every day since all I feel is a sense of disappointment. This was supposed to be a vacation. Specifically a vacation in which I literally did nothing but pool, beach, pool, beach, eat and repeat. If I had wanted an adventure on my vacation I would protest Potus45 in Washington DC or zip line in Costa Rica. No, what I wanted was a calm, relaxing vacation with my 65 year old mother. She hadn't been on a vacation in DECADES and do you know what happened? This. This is what happened . . . 4/6 @ 3pm we arrive at the hotel with our Lyft driver. As we drive up we're greeted by THOUSANDS of Chinese protesters. A giant WALL of steel with barrier bolted into the street and multiple Sheriff Dept cars with flashing lights. Our Lyft driver doesn't speak English so in order to not have him freak out because the sheriff tells me that he's have to 'sweep' his car for bombs with dogs and detectors, we have him drive us to the parking lot across the street. Which is ALSO behind it's own steel barrier. Because we have no idea what is going on and we're starving after our flight we

A Beautiful Vacation

The hotel was elegant. The staff was attentive. The view was spectacular. We relaxed at the spa. We look forward to returning next year.

24 Hour Getaway

Pros: Beach, Pool, Room, Staff, Service, Food, Evening Firepit, Toasted Marshmallows and more.
Cons: nothing
Location: Easy to find, excellent Asian Restaurant across the street, Great Breakfast Place next door.
Felt like we were on a tropical Island. 5 Star Resort, Room and Beach. Suggest everyone to visit and enjoy as we did.

Nice hotel right on the beach

Everything was great in the hotel side. The only downside was the room that you guys booked for me. I've searched for 4 people and got booked a room with only one bed.
