Nice hotel and location but..

Pros: The location and size of rooms
Cons: there is not air conditioning inside the hotel, or ventilation, so the rooms are quite hot in summer! I had to cancel it.
Location: The location of hotel I feel is nice, it´s located besides Paseo de La Reforma and Insurgentes, close to Zona Rosa and others
The hotel itself it´s nice, rooms are enough big to stay. Enough space to sleep, and walking around room, it´s not a 5 star hotel but it has many details like big hotels. The only BIG BIG problem is that the hotel it doesn´t have air conditioning for rooms, weather HAS CHANGED dramatically in Mexico City and some hotels like this didn´t make urgent changes in their air supply to rooms to have guests get the best comfortable staying, I couldnt sleep well to 82 F, I felt so terrible with this weather around room without any air conditioning, so I had to cancel my reservation from five nights to one night and rebooking to another hotel nearby. At his moment I don´t know if hotel or travelocity woud refund me the other payed nights to this hotel.

Great option to travel in Mexico City

Pros: The location, the silence of rooms, the space of rooms and staff attention to my requests
Cons: If had an overnight express service for last minute laundry would be great
Location: It´s located besides Paseo La Reforma, the main street of Mexico City, a luxury mall Reforma 222 is located very close
I choose this hotel at last minute. I didn´t know the hotel, but when I arrived I really liked, it is exactly like the photos, a singular decoration in every room with a mix of contemporary luxury style, it´s perfect for alone, couple or family travelers. The staff of the hotel is kind. Rooms are very comfortable and silent, even when the hotel is close to Paseo la Reforma and high traffic you can sleep very well. Internet is fast in all room, enough to have skype or youtube I really liked the location of the Hotel, it´s close from almost everything, from the luxury mall Reforma 222 to the Zona Rosa district with restaurants and shopping stores, you can go there walking. Currency exchange is not provided at the the hotel, but there are lot of banks and offices are located in Paseo la Reforma Definitively I will come back again !

Incredibly great for a boutique hotel.

Pros: there wasn't anything we didn't like.
Cons: Ok, there is one thing that my wife felt was needed.....warmth. It is modern, contemporary and sophisticated, but that can mean to you.
Location: Perfect. Long taxi to the airport, but who cares.
We will stay there every time we come to Mexico City. At some point it may and should be priced out of our budget, and we will yield to that, but until that time, it makes for a great stay. Maybe the complimentary shampoo says it all....the bottle is glass, not plastic! Now, just apply that to everything else you look for in a hotel. I may make this sound like a paid isn't. We are from Bend, OR, and stayed only one night to be near the historic part of Mexico City, and then catch a taxi to MEX. We have stayed at some great hotels, and this ranked with the best.....

Ok for the price.

Pros: location
Cons: put a/c on all rooms or at least a nice ceiling fan.
This trip was all planned at the last minute and I usually like to book the hotel directly but because of time I used Travelocity. Travelocity was advertising low room rates for undisclosed hotels, I took the chance and booked my reservation not knowing what hotel it was. The day of the trip I called the hotel to let them know I was arriving to Mexico City at 1:30 am and they told me they were booked. There was no room left for me because the hotel gave priority to clients as they were arriving. I was furious and they sent me to another hotel at the middle of the night. This was so disappointing and such an inconvenience but at the end I was not going to have this ruin my vacations. Overall the hotel is ok, the location is good but there is no A/C. I know Mexico City is not as hot as other places but the A/Cs is a must not a luxury.
