Do not stay here! Where do I start? First, the traffic in the area is horrific! When we arrived our greeting at the front desk was less than desirable and you would think with the amount of money they charge for the room they would be more welcoming! When we finally got our room we noticed the carpet was dirty, some of the lights didn’t work, the shower was moldy, both the shower and sink had cracked porcelain! Basically it was no better than a 2 star motel! We had no amenities in the room which we are used to at a so called 5 star hotel. Things like magnifying mirror, stocked refrigerator with drinks and snack? Absolutely zero! The rest of the staff, bellmen and concierge were pleasant and helpful but other than that it wasn’t a place I would ever stay again! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! We also stayed at the JW Marriott during our stay and it was great! Cheaper as well as all the amenities I mean ruined that the Hilton was lacking!

Beautiful Hotel

It was honestly the most beautiful hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. My family loved it. And the restaurant downstairs, El Cardenal, was to die for. In the middle of the city, spectacular view, hotel staff was great! There was a guy who checked us in upstairs on the 26th floor, Daniel, he was super kind and helpful. And also, a bellman also by the name of Daniel who was also very helpful! Definitely should stay here if you’re visiting the city.

Perfect location for museums and zocalo

Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was good! Not typical hotel fare at all. Great location for Palacio del Arte and the fantastic zocalo. I felt totally safe walking around on my own. There is also an outstanding taqueria around the corner, about a block away.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Cons: No free Internet
Everyone from the front desk to the concierge were extremely helpful! The room exeeded my expectations and all the amenities were awesome, including the restaurant El Cardenal, which we loved! But the best of all is the wonderful location! I loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again, hopefully more days!
