We are sad to hear that you did not like the ambiance of the Aloft, this extension Marriott brand speaks out to the youth, the fun, the adventurers, the artist at heart. One of the worst hotel stays. There is no lobby; you have to walk to the back of the building, take an elevator up, no concierge‘s desk. They literally stand at a 30 inch white pedestal. The design is poor, there isn’t even any signage to tell you where to enter the building. The means and methods of construction were at the lowest level. They literally took Aurora building and sprayed dark gray paint, the corner bead falling off the wall, improper use of exposed HVAC ductwork, chipped Micha furnishings, broken tile, loose toilet, no where to sit in the room -I could go on endlessly.

For one thing there was a constant odor and it was not cleaning product. The interior room lighting was absolutely terrible. It was an overpriced stay at an under acceptable venue.

Cold property with aloof staff. Parking is $25.00/night. Very minimalist room. Hallways needed vacuuming. No ice machine. Over-priced for what you get.
