Property and interior were outdated. Room was filthy. No-one cleaned the room after calling two days in a row. Trash still in the trash cans. Phone in the room didn’t work. Had to personally walk across the street to receive service. Requested towels twice before we received them. Which we had to go get because no one came after the third attempt. Also tried to charge $70 to check in early at 2:30. Ended up leaving to grab lunch instead to avoid the fee. I would never stay with them again. Definitely learned my lesson.

The common area/hall carpets were very dirty/large stains. The elevator seemed unsafe and would jolt loudly when going up. The room itself was even worst. My first room had made beds, but the towels were half folded, and one towel was on the shower bar and the shower mat was already on the floor. There was trash in the trash cans, and bottle caps, wrappers and receipts on the night stand and table. The carpet was not swept and nasty. The second room I moved to had folded towels at least but it was evident the carpets were not vacuumed and crumbs and debris. The shower was pretty bad. I didn't have a TV remote that worked the first night. I tried to get out of night 2 as soon as I checked late on night one, but Expedia was no help, claiming they couldn't get ahold of the front desk, so I was forced to stay night 2 as well, as I refused to pay for 2 hotels for night 2. I didnt even request money back, just wanted to not have to stay a second night as soon as I checked in, but Expedia couldn't help blaming the hotel. All around horrible travel experience. Pay the extra money and go Marriot or Hilton.

Room was filthy, bed linen looked like it had not been changed and hair and dry skin was observed in the bed. Drawers had stains all over them. Requested a different room and told that they're wasn't any available so my partner tried to make a booking and there were times available still! Requested refund and told that we had to go through booking system but that directed us back to the hotel. The room had a terrible smell. Neighbouring room had TV on very loud all night and this was not at all restful. This should not be a 3 star hotel and desperately needs reviewing. I could go on with more issues but enough said. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Out of date honestly the elevator sounded like it could break at any moment there were stains on the blanket and towels. Sink in bathroom dirty lastly cleaning lady knock one time then entered my room looking for a piece of paper

The pictures don’t look at all like the standard 2 bed room we got. The bed didn’t have the linen to cover the foundation, which looked horrible. The curtain was ripped broken. The light fixtures at the head of the bed didn’t work. The shower was clogged! Every time we took a shower the water would raise to our ankles… disgusting. Our room didn’t have either a microwave or fridge. And the parking is a pain, my husband took his truck and parking spaces are so small that he had to park either on the street or one spot that was big enough.
