I had a great time here. The location can’t be beat, on the water and a few minutes walk to a shopping center with Starbucks and a market. For a few dollars more I upgraded to the suite, so full kitchen and large living room. The weather was great even with rain. I liked the atmosphere, the staff were nice. Some people were definitely there to party though it wasn’t too loud at night, one time people played music at 6am, morons! COVID may have kept it tame.

Me and my husband had a great stay here. Our room had a beautiful view and the bedroom was clean and comfy. Checking in and out was fast and simple. Parking was also quick and simple but beware of the $30/night parking fee we weren't told about when booking.

Enjoyed the 1br suite. Beautiful ocean view. Beach was crowded. Difficult to rest and relax. Constant loud music.

Stains on carpet. Food from previous guests on drawers. TVs not working. Had to have a technician come fix them. Holes and cracks in walls. Thermostat OUTSIDE of the room. Water only luke warm. Toilet ran all night and took multiple flushes to flush. They don't allow motorcycles on their property, so I didn't have a place to park. Terrible

28th Anniversary

Pros: everything
We wanted something special for our Anniversary. My wife has never been to Miami and I haven't been there in 40 years. So we chose your Hotel because we have stayed at doubletree's before. It was all we expected it to be. Thank you.

Great suite on the beach!

This is gonna be a short review because Travelocity's crappy website refreshed my page and wiped all my review out Wonderful wonderful stay! Jessi was phenomenal and surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our 25th anniversary. Huge two bedroom and bath suite with wrap around balcony. Sonia and bibi took care of our room and were awesome. Will be back

Nice

The suite was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony was unmatched, true direct front, no obstruction. The breakfast was very nice especially when we ate on the patio, again direct ocean front. I will be returning.
