Issues began @ arrival - battery was dead on electronic lock and was not able to enter the room. Encountered water bugs in shower. Location is great - this spot not so much.

The hotel does not have on site staff or any place to store luggage if you arrive before 4pm check in. Bounce, the storage service they recommended cancelled our reservation with notifying us which meant we had to drag our luggage around for hours. Thankfully, we were able to contact someone by phone and did get into our room early. However, be aware there is no cable tv in the hotel you must know how to stream, the light in the bathroom does not work and there is some noise from the restaurants on the street. The location is central.

I loved how conveniently located this hotel was, there were many restaurants, shops, and the beach was close by. Definitely would stay here again when I come back to South Beach.

Very quaint and comfortable, reminded us of our stay in Tuscany, Italy. Great location! Right in a very heart of Espanola Way. Interesting check-in procedure but we were able to figure it out. Would definitely stay again!
