The staff were friendly and we enjoyed the pool area. The hotel needs some love…our bathroom had some issues (rust all over the door frame, cracks in the tub/shower wall). Guests across the hall were loud and up late, which impacted our ability to sleep.

The shuttle service needs improvement. We waited for more than one hour for a shuttle. Apparently, they have only one shuttle and driver but they have a contract with airlines which gives the airline crew guests preference over other hotel guests. Hence, we wait while they ride.

Staff were friendly but property was a bit dated. We got in late due to flight delays so shuttle service was no longer available. I reserved a room with a King bed but it was definitely not a King bed - it was a queen and the bed was too soft. The water pressure in the bathroom was great but did not have the option to turn the bathroom fan off as it seemed to be motion activated. The walls were paper thin and could hear people's conversations. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of items to choose from.

The rooms were ok. Bathrooms definitely needed to be updated. The tub had paint coming off and looked awful. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It wasn’t worth the money we paid. I was surprised this was a Hampton Inn. They are usually kept up better.
