Clerk was extremely RUDE upon check-in. Preferences were not honored...ie: Disable Veteran requesting ground floor upon booking. Internet unreliable and I had to connect in the lobby with laptop and take back upstairs. Shower handle was broken and had to be manually held to adjust water temp. Overall experience was terrible. Will NEVER book again.

Unfortunately, if we do not have certain preferences physically available, we are unable to accommodate. In regards to the handle, we definitely do not want want our guests experiencing that and make sure to take care of maintenance situations right away once they're reported so our guests do not have to go through that for the duration of their stay. We hope you come back again soon so we can make it up to you. Thank you for your service.

The stay was nice, although I got a room with a very noise air conditioner. Also the coffee capsules served in the room were terrific.

I like the room very big , the bed was great, very clean, the bathroom , very nice.. I didn't like the free breakfast,Didn't get any (the service wasn't working , even they told me to be open for breakfast) I was there for 3 days .

Although we do not have our regular buffet style breakfast due to COVID 19, we do have our Breakfast To Go bags at the front desk. They have basic items such as a fruit, yogurt, a pastry, cereal and milk. We are grateful you filled out this survey and let us know about how your stay went. Take care and travel safe :)

Very clean, newly updated property. We accidentally went to tge wrong HIE (there are 2 in Kendall). This property is MUCH nicer.
