Great Hotel for a getaway
My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Greystone Hotel for the first time. If you’re seeking a nice boutique hotel near South Beach, this is the place to be. If you are seeking a family hotel with huge value, maybe not so much. This hotel had great amenities like a gourmet restaurant, piano bar and rooftop pool area. The service was impeccable. Our room was in the main building which was very convenient. This room was a handicap access room which gave us more space than their typical rooms but it needed more storage and counter space. The bathroom was spacious and modern but had no countertop to speak of. We had to use the luggage rack to place our toiletries out. Also, the bathroom light in the mirror didn’t work. The king bed was comfy but there were no dressers, drawers or closets anywhere. It felt like a new dorm room. We were warned about loud bar music at night but fortunately, we heard no noise at bedtime. Overall, we loved how close everything was to the hotel and the service was excellent. Great for a long weekend getaway.

We just stayed here for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the front desk staff were so nice! Beach was a quick walk and got free chairs and towels. CVS being across the street was super convenient too! There is only one thing that turned us off a little and that was house keeping didn't come at all. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights. Id recommend to anyone to stay here!

The property has been beautifully restored and it was a pleasure to stay in. The bar and dining room are superb. The only issue is that there is a club next door that is open to the early hours and I can hear noise from the club for the majority of the night. Great if you are partying late yourself, not so great when you feel like a relaxed night in. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very noisy, there’s a resto next to it, it’s open from Wednesday til Saturday and it is very loud when your room is on that side of the hotel. Other than that, it’s a nice place. Rooms are small though, a bit small when there’s 2 persons or more in one room. The fridge is really not practical, it’s for cans only. Clean, great staff, great location. Parking is expensive and the hotel has pretty expensive hotel fees as well.

Beautifully restored art deco hotel, a short walk away from the beach but situated well for shopping and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. They partner with a fantastic gym a few blocks away. The rooftop pool was great, lovely views and the hotel bar and restaurant was absolutely fantatsticOur room was in the annex, so it was a bit dark.
