We had a very nice stay. We stayed in an ocean front room with a balcony that had a great view of the ocean and beach. I think it’s only worth staying here if you have an ocean front room. This property is more like a higher end motel, than a hotel. However, the location is perfect, because there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The pool, beach and boardwalk are directly behind the hotel. There’s a parking lot across the street that’s $25 per night. They offer a continental breakfast on the rooftop that’s $20, where the view is nice but the food is just okay. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the strong bleach smell when we first entered the room. We opened the balcony doors to get rid of the smell.

The room did not have any place to put my clothes. There was one luggage rack, but no dresser no shelves my clothes ended up on the floor. I would suggest a dresser or shelves in the closet. Also, the pool was very cold. A simple solar cover would’ve been very helpful, also I was there on Super Bowl Sunday, but my TV did not get channel 10 CBS the Super Bowl.

Booked a balcony city view, horrible sound profing, woke up by the noise of trucks from the street, i asked to move to another room staff was helpfull but in that room you could hear the plumbing like you're inside the sewerage, overall this hotel is not ment for sleeping. The room also didnt had an option to open a window. They didnt refund me for the move to a cheaper room. I dont see my self ever coming back to this hotel.
