Rooms with great comfort, minimalist beds , smart TV, fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a wonderful experience. This incredible patio has a beautiful heated pool, basketball court, BBQ, playground , sun loungers, pergola with outdoor furniture.

It is a quiet and nice neighborhood to live in, with lots of green areas, good public transportation, and a hospitable community.
There has never been any problems in the neighborhood and always feel safe walking around.

My experience was nice just some issues in the beginning.
When I first arrived at the house it was beautiful inside and out. Once I got myself settled and was able to check out the whole property I noticed the bed sheets, and blankets were all dirty in every room. After texting and trying to call the owner of the houses for hours and after the worst day getting to Miami I decided to just go to the store and get my cleaning supplies after I came back and wash all the beds. Once I returned and took everything off each bed I went to take a shower while in the shower I noticed all the water from the shower was all over the floor flooding the whole bathroom and bedroom floor I still couldn't get anyone on the phone so midnight I was getting a flood up. The next day I just prayed for a better day the owner finally texted after 12 -1 and sent a worker over to fix the shower that was the only thing that could be fixed that I couldn't do myself. In the end, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would book again! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home! PS. Everything is about 35-45 minutes away you will need a Vehicle. The house is giving mini mansion if that's what you're looking for and affordable.

Making the best of a bad situation
Unfortunately my family had to come to Cutler Bay for my aunt's funeral but fortunately the one thing we didn't have to worry about were our accommodations. The house was very cleaned and well stocked with all needed amenities Thanks so much

Paradise!!
So let me start off by saying, this house was amazing which was beyond my expectations! The house was very clean and spacious and will accomodate a party size of 10 and more! The house was very convient to all the shopping stores and was located approximately about 25 minutes from south beach which benefited me and my guest because it kept us away from the traffic and large crowds. Suraj and his team were beyond helpful and commuticated with us well. They accomodated my guest to park his 20 ft boat i. The driveway which saved us time and alot of money for docking fees. I had some trouble operating the electric stove and cooking grill and Suraj took time out of his day and assisted me and my guest with a warm welcome in person and help us with any needs we needed. Now this is the kicker , while returning back home to newyork after a great trip, i realized i had left something behind at the property that holds close sentimental value. I contacted Suraj and his team to see if they had retrieve this item upon cleaning. They not only found my item however they even took the time to package my item and ship it the next day with no hassle. With that being said Suraj and his team has gained another level of trust and respect with me and my guest and moving forward i will be sure to book one of the many properties he has without question. This property and the host are amazing to work with and ill be sure to book in the near future! My best regards ill see you soon!

We arrived at the property close to check in at 4 and the cleaning lady was still there. The house had a fish odor that eventually subsided. The house is not as big as it looks in the photos. The pool was not cleaned prior to us arriving. There were solo cups in the pool and at the bottom. The first day we were unable to get the stove to work. I messaged the owner and didn’t hear back until the morning of thanksgiving. The maintenance guy called me and said, “the stove does that sometimes just turn the breaker on and off.” We did that and it would work for a little then cut off. We weren’t able to make our thanksgiving meal and our plans were ruined. The access code for entering the property never worked. We would have to leave a back door open and go around the back. I must say the house was stocked with necessities. If you decide to book this place the owner did provide dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent and softener , plenty of toilet paper, and shampoo & conditioner. There were a few towels as well. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay and will never book this place again.
