The property listed is not necessarily the one you stay. It is just of the many properties available and, in my case, I was put in a property in a complete different area (~20 min walk each way from the one listed). I made all the plans based on the listed address as I didn't have a car and wanted restaurants, groceries, etc. nearby, but the place I went to didn't have anything nearby. I had to take uber and walk a couple of times for such things. There's no office or any amenities in the property I stayed either. The different properties should be listed separately with their photos, locations, amenities or it's very misleading.
