As mention before we cant allow exxtension when there is a complaint from guest or rules are broken we try to have a safe and fun enviroment for everyone

We have a strict no-drugs policy which will be enforced by police if a complaint is made. We would have appreciated you mentioning the above problems to a member of staff during your stay so that they could have been resolved. This is not the normal condition of the hostel.
