Dear guest, our recent renovation was just to the Front (exterior) part of the building, there was no work done inside the actual rooms.

The location can't be beat. Good value. My one complaint is there were no drawers in the room, even something small would have been nice.

Dislikes: Room wasn’t ready at 4 pm check-in time or 45 minutes after. When it was ready, the sheets were still dirty (we found a long hair under the cover). Major construction in lobby and the outside was being painted. Fire alarm went off for 4 hours the first night of our stay. Plumbing in bathroom ran constantly and started making a whistling sound until the toilet was flushed. The lobby flooded at one point. Room keys had to be reset by clerk every time we came back. No coffee in the room or lobby. No place to put luggage or unpack. Cramped bathroom. Manager refused to speak with us at checkout because I questioned the “resort” fees. This is not a resort. Like: Good location

I didn't like that it was under construction I didn't like that the elevator did not work and my room was on the third floor I did not like that they had no restaurant like the website stated I did not likt that they had no ice machine for their guest convience

Hi Andrew, that is not accurate actually, we have the information listed on our website (on the Hotel Info tab, its the very first paragraph, it's been up there since late May) - we also have the disclaimer on Expedia/Hotels.com (the provider for your booking and where this review is being left) - the work being done is on the outside of the property, there is no work being done inside.

Nothing, the appearance was terrible. The whole front of the building was covered with a plastic due to some kind of construction going on. The room was very small, with no furniture, and the floor was dusty. The bathroom very small with no exhaust fan which made it very steamy when taking showers. I will never go back to that hotel.

The property was under constructing.. Check in was delayed- room was not ready. Concierge was not very pleasant upon check-in.
