I am sorry you were dissatisfied with your stay. Our hope is that each guest enjoys their time with us. As far as the exhaust fan in the bathroom, it is always running with enormous fans on the roof pulling through the vents. That is the reason you can't hear it. This is becoming more common in hotels being built. If the bathroom was dirty, I hope you brought it to the attention of the Front Desk so we could remedy it right away. We are known for our cleanliness, so your experience isn't the norm. I do hope you will come again and give us another opportunity to serve you.

Nellie, Thanks for choosing our hotel and for the feedback. I will speak to our housekeeping staff regarding the lights in the room. We can switch to another type of bulb to be brighter. I am a bit confused by the comment regarding the coffee maker in the breakfast area. It isn't new. It has been here for a couple of years at least. I'm sorry you are displeased with it, but hope it isn't enough to keep you from visiting again.
