Staff was friendly. The pullout sofa was not comfortable, but housekeeping gave a pillow top mattress pad which helped. Our room card didn’t work one night and had to look for the night front desk staff, once found she was helpful. Otherwise was clean and breakfast was great. Would stay again.

I was the first to take a shower and when I started the water I noticed a clump of hair floating around. Not a pleasant surprise.

Rooms were somewhat small with the 2 queen beds. I don't know how the maids could make one of the beds because it was almost right up against the wall. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. No switch for it and hotel said "it worked and is very quiet." Not the case. The bathroom was not very clean. Top of toilet tank dirty and hair in corners. Makes you wonder what else they missed. The hotel was quiet and close to where we wanted to go.

I am sorry you were dissatisfied with your stay. Our hope is that each guest enjoys their time with us. As far as the exhaust fan in the bathroom, it is always running with enormous fans on the roof pulling through the vents. That is the reason you can't hear it. This is becoming more common in hotels being built. If the bathroom was dirty, I hope you brought it to the attention of the Front Desk so we could remedy it right away. We are known for our cleanliness, so your experience isn't the norm. I do hope you will come again and give us another opportunity to serve you.

Very good place to stay.

Comfortable. Personable and efficient staff. Don’t like new coffee maker at breakfast. Light in room are a bit dim. Other than that, this is a good affordable pleasant hotel near Nashville. I will stay there again.

Nellie, Thanks for choosing our hotel and for the feedback. I will speak to our housekeeping staff regarding the lights in the room. We can switch to another type of bulb to be brighter. I am a bit confused by the comment regarding the coffee maker in the breakfast area. It isn't new. It has been here for a couple of years at least. I'm sorry you are displeased with it, but hope it isn't enough to keep you from visiting again.
