First room was smoked in, changed rooms. Second room had bed bugs, changed rooms. No word from the hotel, no reimbursement , no points, nothing, even tho I was told a manager would do something and get back to me. 1 week and I’m still waiting.

The good things… great options at the breakfast buffet, super friendly staff at the front desk all days we were there Ways to improve… our first assigned room had been smoked in, we were moved, the second assigned room had bed bugs, we were moved. Still waiting to see if there is any compensation or points given. There are no mattress or box spring encasements on the beds so it’s a great breeding ground.
