Booked a one night stay while on our way to Florida. Checked in and the room was filthy and out of date. This location did not meet my expectations at all. Hair found on the bedding, carpet not vacuumed. No bath towels at all! Tried calling the operator with no response, so I had to walk down to the front phone to call the desk person because after 8pm it is considered "after hours" to get bath towels. Location was good but I would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with my stay. We checked in late due traveling from out of town. We were very tired. The hallway past the entrance and the room had an odor. The refrigerator made an annoying ticking noise all night. We were there to attend the MTSU graduation so we left early Saturday morning. We were out all day attending celebration, etc. When we came in it was late. The room had not been cleaned and we had no clean towels. Sunday morning I called down to get towels. I was told the office doesn't open until 12 and I was told that we could bring down the towels at that time and exchange for clean ones. I asked if checkout is at 11, what sense would it make to try to obtain towels after the checkout time. Will not do it again. I learned my lesson.

Nice hotel for the price

Everything was good except the pillows were too flat! Need extra pillows on bed or fluffier pillows.

Would not return. Stayed 3 nights. Was able to take hot shower once. If you have anything close to standards I'd look elsewhere.

Room booked not available upon check in

Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: Staff attitude, not accommodating. Amenities were spartan at best. Towels the size of hand towels. Only one towel per quest, feel of sandpaper.
Location: Many restaurants nearby.
When we checked in we were told there were no more non-smoking rooms with double beds. They were sold out and we would have to take a smoking room. This was unacceptable as for health reasons cannot be in a smoking room. There were no options offered. I asked if they had non-smoking in another room type, I was told that the only non-smoking room they had was a single with sofa bed. We had to take it as there were no other options given. The sofa bed was a joke. Three inch thick single mattress. The bars from the sofa were the only support. Most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever seen. Cheapest. Had to take the mattress off and put in on the floor even to sleep. The rooms come with one very small towel, and one very small pillow. I understand this was a value chain, and not a hampton, but for the same price many other value chains are much better staffed and with better amenities.

Hotel staff has always been very nice. However, there was no wash rags in the room and had very little toilet paper. Those things need to be addressed.

Close to interstate

I Like a Deal

My mother and I spent four nights here back in February while we were on a shopping trip to the Nashville area. Our goal was to save some money plus get outside of Nashville itself. It was my first time in a Value Place and I'm really glad we found this place online. I definitely wouldn't call it luxurious but it was really, really clean and we did feel safe(had to use a room key to get inside) and even better, the money we saved allowed us to each buy an extra outfit. It had a kitchen also and we came prepared with a skillet, so on Wednesday night we had grilled cheese and tomato soup. We ate breakfast each day in our room and it was nice to save even more by not eating out every meal. I would definitely recommend this place!
