The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated but clean enough although there was hair in the bathroom corners - not ours! The hot tub was out of service and the pool was just getting chemicals thrown in it when we went to swim so we passed! Breakfast is average. Overall fine for the cost

Hotel room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable with nice soft sheets. Only 1 elevator. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Hot breakfast was included and had a good variety of food: DIY waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, cold cereal, coffee, tea, juice (apple & orange), and fresh fruit. The breakfast staff were kind and efficient ladies. The location is also very convenient because it is within walking distance to the Fallsview Casino, OLG Stage, and the Falls. It is not a fancy hotel but it was good enough for 1 night stay.

The only reason I use Comfort Inn over the Hilton is the staff. The maid service and especially the women who take care of breakfast so well. I was disappointed to see that the tip jar for them had been removed. I think this is incredibly belittling of them. They work hard and deserve to be compensated as they , from what I've observed, go above and beyond. Bring back the tip jar.
