Private bedroom with bath (book 2nd bedroom option $100 addt'l that would share the bath-send inquiry and rate will be adjusted to include 2nd queen room for up to 2 guests). Screened pool (unheated) and lanai, common spaces are lanai and pool area. Very relaxing and 20 min to beaches without the hustle and bustle of traffic. Very private feel to this location in North Port. (Host lives in the house and rents the room(s) and bath.) Guest rooms and bath are on the opposite side of the house from the host rooms. You can use the fridge for small items. Ideal property for those eating out and exploring the area during the day.

My husband and I loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect for some beach time and some Spring Training baseball. Dee Dee is a wonderful host. She was attentive to all our needs. Her home is beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, accommodating host, and clean, beautiful property
My fiance, myself, and our best friend were planning a last minute week long trip to the gulf side of Florida. We were pleasantly surprised to find this property still available with the option of a second bedroom for an additional fee (a must, being that my fiance and I wanted our own room for the week). From the time I spoke to her right before officially booking, right up until we departed, Dee was a kind, helpful, accommodating host. While you are just renting the room or rooms and a bathroom during your stay, you still have access to the screened in pool and lanai, gas firepit, the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. I never once felt like Dee being on site during our stay affected it adversely in any way, especially since her own room and bathroom are on the other side of the house. If you needed something, Dee was sure to help provide it, and we came and went as we pleased; all smooth sailing. I would definitely recommend this property as it is located in a safe, tucked away neighborhood, but still close enough to necessities such as drug stores and things of that nature, and not that much further from beaches and other attractions the area has to offer. Thanks for everything Dee!
