Good: Large room. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. Not so good: Required a $100 deposit in addition to the room charge with no clear explanation: bathroom sink was plumbed backwards; and the TV did not work (kept dropping the signal).

We booked two rooms with king size beds a month in advance. When we checked in yesterday one of the rooms given had a queen size bed. No utensils in the kitchen ...no plates...nothing....very bad experience even after booking a month in advance.

Water damage on ceiling in the lobby. TV in room was almost in black and white. Some channels weren't viewable. No guide on the TV.. Couldn't use the tub had to shower, no stoppwr. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Elevator barely worked. The continental breakfast was just muffins in packaging and coffee. Continental breakfast usually has fresh pastries, fruit, breads etc.... Very disappointed all the way around. Will never return.
