Our sweet was well thought out, from the kitchenette with a full fridge to the desk, to the curtain that divided the space so someone could sleep while someone was working. The color scheme is cute the furniture was comfortable but... The space was incredibly thin. I heard the person next door pull the chain to slide their blind down. In the middle of the night I heard someone get out of bed go to the bathroom, use the toilet, flush the toilet, walk back to the bed and get in. It was so close I had to make sure my partner was still in bed with me which he was! There was no fan you could run in the space to cover those noises. There was no fan in the bathroom, situated on the hall end of the space, so while there was no alleviation of noise there also was no way to dispense of any odors or humidity. The window didn't open there was no air conditioning fan you could turn on. The unit was based in the wall and had very little effect on the space. The bathroom itself was quite dirty. There was a mold streak from the corner of the shower to the drain. There was a funky space between the tub and the door frame that was like just growing with black dust and nastiness. And of course the grout in the bathroom and the kitchen area or just filthy. I realize this has to do with the time the housekeepers are given in each room however rotational deep cleaning of these spaces should happen regularly! The continental breakfast was pathetic, but there was coffee available all day.

Property is close to everything and walkable. The disappointing stuff was bathroom door not working (not able to close). They offered us another room having the same issue. Clock radio wasn't plugged into the wall jack. Same thing with TV which wasn't plugged in. Repairman came in next morning to fix the bathroom door in order for us to lock it from inside. Rest was ok. Breakfast was good.

This property was nice, modern and a great location. The walk to the beach was less than 5 mins, as were walks to great restaurants (crabs, family dining, pizza, etc.). The check-in time was delayed (due to short staff) and I had to have the cleaning staff return to reclean the fridge (strong fishy smell). During our stay the mirror, window blinds, and curtain between bed/sofa broke, however staff handled each item professionally. The breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast. I would return.
