The toilet was clogged and overflowed when I first arrived and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, I was handed a plunger and told "here ya go" and that I needed to take care of the problem myself because they had no one there to fix the toilet or clean up the overflowed water. I wasn't offered a different room, to which most of the hotel was empty so there should have been no reason why this was an issue. On top of that, the reason I booked this hotel was because they have a pool and there was nothing on the booking to say that the pool was out of commission, but as soon as you got to front desk, there is a large sign on the glass saying that the pool is closed until further notice. While the staff was pleasant and the room was nice and clean, I feel that the rest of the experience was less than satisfactory.

For the price, this hotel was not above average. It was the same quality as ones we paid 1/3 the price on our trip. Parking was not convenient. This was disappointing. It is older.

forced into smoking room

I booked with Travelocity. When arriving at hotel the clerk said the reservation was canceled and Travelocity should have called me. We were offered a smoking room that stunk horribly. Why are there still smoking rooms anyway????

Nice hotel. A bit expensive.

We liked the hotel but found from friends that one next door was just as good at much lower price.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAD BOOKED A NON-SMOKING ROOM. WHEN I ARRIVED THEY HAD TOLD ME ALL THEY HAD WAS A SMOKING ROOM. I TRIED TO STAY IN THE ROOM BUT SINCE I HAVE ASTHMA I COULD NOT TOLERATE THE SMELL OF THE SMOKE. SO WITHIN FEW MINUTES I ASKED TO REFUND MY MONEY THEY REFUSED. I PAID FOR A ROOM THAT I DID NOT STAY IN.
