The outside was dirty and we couldn’t check in the lobby!! There was a little window and the gentleman was VERY rude!! We of course d stay there!!!!!!!!

Gentlemen at front desk was very helpful. Family and I walked into our room and it was horrible, the tub looked like someone shaved in it and it was dirty. The linens were stained and the towels were dirty. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and immediately put us in another room. The property is desperately in need of an update.

If you're someone like me who isn't picky, and just wants a clean place to stay, this place is will do. However, it's a bit strange. The day i was there, it was understaffed, the desk person was at another hotel covering for them... So I think it was a cleaning lady that gave me a room key. The hotel itself, I can't tell if they're in the middle of renovating, or it's needing renovations... or what, it's just kind of quirky... the upstairs hallway wasn't air conditioned, it was hot and smelled weird... but there weren't AC vents in the ceiling. The hallway carpeting was horribly stained, but at the same time the place where the washer and dryer is, looked like new floors and new machines. The room itself was clean, but again, odd. Like it was the wood laminate floor throughout, but a lot of boards were loose, I didn't even know that was possible. And the whole floor was sticky, clean, but sticky... like they mopped it and just let a cleaner dry on it. The bathroom door is either the wrong size, or the frame is warped... I could close it, but my 10 year olds couldn't, the top of the door overhung the frame by about 1/8 inch. But the walls, and floors, looked brand new. So that all being said, for me, it was fine, I had a place to sleep where I didn't feel yucky or scared of bugs... but someone who gets annoyed by imperfections, might want to find somewhere else to go. I wouldn't have issues with staying here again if I'm in town.

very noisy

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Ensuring that guests are quiet during sleeping hours (at least by midnight).
There were people talking in the halls, shutting doors and walking around in the room above ours all night long. I called the staff and complained and nothing changed.
