The staff was great. We showed up early and even though our rooms weren't ready, they gave us a parking pass and access to the beach and pool while we waited. We were able to use the lobby bathrooms to change. It made our wait quite enjoyable.

Well equipped, beautiful facilities, breakfast was abundant and very good, beach access was excellent, pool clean and well kept, lack of restaurants in the immediate area, rooms a little noisy from other rooms but the rooms were very nice otherwise. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, spacious clean rooms, love the dove toiletries in the shower. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Will be back to this hotel once in Pensacola.
