it was relaxing- I attended AmFest with 20k other people. Man running the breakfast setup and so many other things had excellent servant's heart. Just need to remind them that my final bill was only $503.58, not $542.80, so I'll need about $40 back.

During pur 4 nite stay our beds were never made, the carpet was never vacuumed, and the trash only wmptied twice. Then Kimberlee wanted a tip? I usually do tip housekeeping, but when we have to tidy the room ourselves, I refuse to tip on subpar service. Now check-in (Brandi & Jennifer) were super friendly, offered recommendations for dinner and directions, go beyond our expectations.

Hotel.com did not honor the rate they posted, said they would contact the hotel and see if they would honor- hotel says it’s not then you pay Hotel.com and they are the ones to honor their rate they listed. Walk in shower was helpful and the hot water for the shower was great! Staff was very nice and helpful! Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. The jacuzzi was not hot when we arrived but was hot the next evening after I told the staff. Thank you.

Room was fine. Staff less than friendly due to a money-counting issue that occurred prior to my arrival. Also wish parking was free/parking cost was made more clear in advertisement for hotel - $20 a night for a spot in the parking lot? No gate even. Will not stay here again.
