Not very clean. There was debris on the floor next to the bed. Carpet was not in very good shape. They charge for parking, but I do not recall seeing that info on the Travelocity websit when booking.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was safe and clean. Amenities were good the beds were very comfortable. Location was smack in the center of all the venues that downtown Phoenix has to offer. Would stay here again. Overall great experience.

Good value! I appreciated having parking, WiFi and breakfast included with no extra cost, and no resort fees. The basketball court was a fun and unusual amenity. Staff was very helpful at all times. I liked the convenience of being within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, without paying so much. Pleasant experience!
