Hotel staff were great and friendly. We ran out of stuff though a couple times and had to call to get more. Most times we had to make a couple calls to get something. Waited for a while for the shuttle at the airport. There is nothing to eat at the hotel midday. So if arriving on a midday flight be prepared to have to leave and find food. Very noisy area-planes fly over constantly. And this hotel is more corporate centered. Lots of people and conventions going on all day -very noisy and busy by the pool because of this.

Arrived 5 hours late after original flight canceled. Kept staff abreast along the way. Check in was great friendly staff and very helpful. I’d give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately I had a very brief visit, but I appreciated the close proximity to the airport, since I had to be there by 4:00 am! The shuttle service was great!
