They don't have parking area, just valet parking and it costs $40, so we had to look and go out early to put more money in the meter.

Having said that, I sincerely apologize that our parking accommodations fell short of expectations. I do understand that when traveling to a Hampton branded hotel that you don't usually expect to pay for parking. We do our very best to communicate regarding our valet parking only ahead of time, so it is not a surprise for our guests. It is outlined on our website and highlighted in our pre-arrival communications. Unfortunately, due to our location in downtown providing complimentary parking is not an option for us. We do constantly work ensure that our valet parking service is priced in line with the other hotels in our downtown market and that we deliver the highest level of service during the parking experience. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. We hope to welcome you back again next time you visit the area.
