The Wifi in the room worked on very few occasions. I repeatedly contacted the front desk and they said it should be. It would work for a short period then not even be listed as an option. They did not fix it. The landscapers cleaned around the outside of the door with a blower. It blew dirt all inside.

Understaffed. Very difficult to reach someone at the front desk by telephone. No staff available for room service. Requested a room change immediately after check-in due to location. Was told that the hotel was completely sold out and because we checked in an hour before the official check in time the room was the only one available. Was told 3 separate times that because we booked through a third party (Travelocity) there was nothing that could be done and we “got what we paid for”.

very close to shopping center. nice hotel resort. i wish i could have stayed more days to take advantage of the pool.
