Below average hotel. Very expensive for what it is. Breakfast was the only good thing. $25/day resort fee is crap. Supposed to get 2 bottled waters a day- never even got 1 during our week’s stay. Room smelled musty, mold in the shower. PLENTY of better options in Scottsdale. Stay somewhere else.

The staff was great, the food options at breakfast were perfect and the evening drinks and snacks were appreciated. Our only issues were that the rooms facing Scottsdale Rd are noisy from the traffic and the hotel is showing it's age. It can use a little TLC.

We had great expectations. It’s an Embassy Suite hotel! The pillows are terrible, the air conditioner would not adjust down, we froze, the service lights for ice outside the door blasted through the transit window and no hot water at all; the property is beautiful but our car fort was not as expected!

Great location, breakfast, pool and evening reception. Staff is wonderful. Rooms need attention- very musty smelling and dusty.
