There was a surprising amount of in-room noise that made sleeping soundly impossible. The droning noise from the in-room refrigerator and a very loud popping/snapping sound emanating from the ceiling when the AC turned on and off was simply unacceptable—from any hotel, let alone one that charges an additional $30 per night as a “resort fee.” The property is tired and just not comparable to a true resort property.

We arrived earlier than check in. We were offered a handicap room which we accepted. We paid nearly 900 for two nights. There were 2 full size beds, not standard queen. The beds were pushed against the wall. Very little room to walk and the fridge did not work. Our key card failed to allow entry on the first day. Fir the price of this hotel I certainly expected more. Extremely disappointed Would never recommend this hotel to anyone

The pictures on the website are very deceiving. The 1st room they gave us was with a king size bed. The room was tiny for almost 300 a night then I got an upgrade because the room was too small. So the junior suite was an extra 200. The price on Travelocity was very different than what I got charged. If it hadn't been 3 in the morning when we got to Phoenix we would have found somewhere different to stay. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor have windows that do not open, not even an inch. So NO AIR FLOW! If your room is too hot or stuffy your just stuck with it and that also means there is no air circulation and during Covid I cannot imaging that that is a great idea. Changing hotels was not an option for me because i couldn't find another with availability for the rest of the days of my stay in town on such short notice otherwise we would have stayed somewhere else. The woman at the front desk when we checked in was rude, I'm not sure what training is provided about customer service, but maybe she should go again.... We called for a wake up call Sunday night for Monday morning, we never got it. One thing we did get was a late check out... thanks

Thank you for your feedback in regards to your recent stay. The hotel windows on all floors above the first floor do not open due to child safety regulations and has been this way for decades. I understand your feedback as it relates to the current pandemic about the windows and perhaps a first floor room would have been best it it were available as they are normally booked solid. I liked the hotel grounds and overall aesthetics of the property. I stayed both in a regular poolside hotel room as well as one of the villas. The hotel room had an extremely uncomfortable bench seat in the room . In the villa, a poor grade of coffee was supplied. There was also construction that began prior to 7 am in the Villa on the roof of the actual unit that would have made it impossible to sleep . Fortunately, I had to arise early .
