Our room was a converted storage room (the receptionist told us that!) there was no window. No natural light. Pathetic.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. If you may decide to stay with us again, I would suggest our standard two queen bedrooms. They are more recently renovated and have windows.

Excellent breakfast! Exercise room equipment was good quality and kept clean. Staff at reception was efficient and friendly. Interior of room was in need of correcting deferred maintenance issues, but the room was clean and the beds very good.

I liked the location of the room. I didn't like cleaning staff leaving trash on outside table for days. Room was poorly cleaned. Paper between the dresser and fridge. Food/crumbs on chair. Toilet handle dirty/smudges. Bathroom sliding door dirty. Enter door didn't close properly. Didn't like the man standing in the walkway, able to see clearly into my room, because of sheer curtains.

Got there at around 930PM I was told they had no rooms. We had a Res. and paid for it on travelocity. It did'nt seem like they new what they were doing. The lady at the front desk told my wife and I to have a seat and she would come and get us. After about 30 min. I went up to the front desk and ask them what they were doing the Manager told me they were cleaning the rug in the room . We finally got in to the room it was ok but there were white stains on the blue chair in the room I did'nt put anything on it or sit on it. I think we should have been offer a discount for getting in are room around 11PM noting was offer. I won'nt go back.

Not clean at all. Cob webs visible in all corners of the room. Didn't clean our sink for 3 of the 5 days. Had to ask for Kleenex after the maid had left. I know that we will not stay there again.
