First off, the room had a very strong cigarette smell. There was trash in the tissue box in the restroom. The shower curtain was off the clips. The room was small and outdated. The outside of the hotel was full of trash and liquor bottles. The only good thing I can say is that the guy at the front desk was very nice.

The check in clerk Carl was exceptional. He was very welcoming, polite, offers to help. This led to a positive experience and feeling of comfort during my 2 night stay. Although the street sign was close to the building, it wasn't clear where the main entrance was. Some letters on the building would help. The main entrance is in front but you may not know it until looking through the door.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. Our first time in Pittsburgh and staff was helpful in suggestions in restaurants and places to visit. I would stay again and recommend others as well.

The Property is in a remote location, and not accessible directly. Room and area is not maintained well.

We were in Pittsburgh with a family member who was in the hospital overnight. The hotel was close to the hospital with easy access and the rate was very reasonable. Clean accomadations, nice breakfast. Recommend staying here.
